Tubes in question are actually 75THs, drawing about 21 mA in the current set-up.

ok so how about .003 for the PS choke (split the difference between the .002 and .004 traces

and .020 for the PS choke to net 250 hy.

i'll encourage you to play a bit with that gap size and report back.
