Guys,

I recently got into a discussion (or argument depending on which way you look at it) on SET Asylum regarding which of these two circuits is best as a SET driver. I'm posting the ASC file here for ease of access and for anyone else who may be interested.

I tried to set equivalent operating points for a fair comparison. Comments invited.
