do you have the specs on the triode wired EF-86? I see you are in Danbury so we are practically neighbors. I'm in NY exit 17 off 84.

at only 2ma, i get an Rp of about 20K. Not impossible to deal with by any means since the 2ma really helps out. I'd guess something in the 400hy range should do.
