A noobie question for Dave- on your transformer page for SE output you say offered in amorphous and nickel. What is the difference between the two? Doing a search on the web turns up all sorts of information with branding, nickel percentages, etc. Thank you

I think the direct heated triode application may be a bit beyond what I am capable right now, but it's very good to know they can be used as an OPT. I will have to consider them for IDHT use.

Very nice work. What primary does the tube see with the autoformer? And what is the output impedance?

Has anyone used the Slagleformer modules John sells as an output transformer on a preamp?

Can this phono be built with balanced output? All phono cartridge is balanced by nature, so I am wondering if this is possible.
